Nadine Nellen currently serves as the Head of Production at CLAGE GmbH since July 2023, overseeing 170 employees and managing all aspects of production, including electronics production, assembly, and automation initiatives. Previous experience includes leading product management at LUIS Technology GmbH for two years, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development, product launch management, and portfolio optimization. Earlier roles include Technical Product Manager at Lufthansa Technik, focusing on global product sales, and Project Manager in R&D at CLAGE GmbH. Nadine holds a Master of Science in Management and Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, both from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
