Hanco Fredrikze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water management and engineering. Currently serving as a design leader for nature-based water management at CLAFIS Ingenieus, Hanco focuses on ecological adaptation in their projects. As a freelance sound and light engineer since 1996, Hanco has worked with various organizations and events, including churches and live performances. Hanco previously held the role of contract manager at Royal HaskoningDHV, overseeing the 'Sugar: Make it Work' project in Rwanda, and also worked on designs and assessments of hydraulic structures. Hanco's educational background includes a BSc in Physics and Civil Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences, as well as specialized training in waterworks and music studio production.
