Owen Harvey is a Senior Product Designer at British Gas, having joined in April 2023 after serving as a Product Designer at Velvet Group from November 2020 to April 2023. At Velvet Group, Owen led the revamp of online utilities for event administration and furniture companies across Europe, resulting in increased customer loyalty, website visits, and improved SEO, while outperforming 94% of competitors in client maintenance. Previous experience includes roles in Artist & Brand Development at London Village and as a Graphic Designer at Wiedemann Lampe, where Owen was the design lead on multiple projects and directly managed client interactions. Owen holds a UX Design Programme certification from CareerFoundry and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Falmouth University.
