Vicki Hughes FCIWM, DipM FCIM is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the waste management and recycling sectors. Currently serving as Junior Vice President and Board Member at CIWM since November 2019, Vicki collaborates with board members to align the organization's direction with member and industry needs. As a Board Member and Technical Lead for the Wood Recyclers' Association since March 2015, Vicki has played a pivotal role in enhancing standards within the wood sector and has been instrumental in key projects, including Waste Wood Classification and Fire Prevention Plans. Vicki's leadership as Managing Director of McPhee Associates Ltd has significantly contributed to business development across various domains. Previous roles include Business Development Director at Enva, Group Business Development Director at Hadfield Wood Recyclers, General Manager at Trafford Rubber Products Ltd, and Sales and Marketing Manager at Dennis Ruabon. Vicki holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Alliance Manchester Business School.
