Anya Soto serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Civility Partners, Inc. since January 2023 and is also a People and Culture Consultant at Culture Crafters®, a global training company, since February 2018. Previously, Anya held the role of EOA Board Member at Entrepreneurs' Organization, coordinating the first West Coast EOA retreat from June 2022 to January 2023. Anya has experience as a DEI Speaker for TEC Canada and as a Culture Consultant for Pure Ambition, focusing on talent development and organizational culture. With a background in leadership and executive coaching through Anya Romanova Coaching Inc., Anya has also worked in legal roles, including as a Corporate Law Clerk and a Criminal Legal Assistant. Educational qualifications include a Professional Coaching certification from Co-Active Training Institute, an Associate’s Degree in Adult Learning from George Brown College, and studies at the University of Toronto.
