Brenda Fowler Wensil has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Brenda began their career as a Creative Staff Writer at Chernoff Silver and Associates in 1985 and later transitioned to roles in marketing, customer relations, and supplier management at companies like Wachovia Corporation and Barclays. In 2010, Brenda became the Chief Customer Experience Officer at the U.S. Department of Education, where they established the first-ever role in customer experience for the federal government. Most recently, Brenda served as a Partner at Flynn Heath Leadership before becoming the Managing Director and Practice Leader for Leadership Acceleration at Bravanti in 2020. Throughout their career, Brenda has demonstrated a talent for leadership development, coaching business leaders, and driving organizational success.
Brenda Fowler Wensil completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism at the University of South Carolina from 1981 to 1985. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in MS Organizational Development and Executive Coaching at Queens University of Charlotte from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Brenda obtained certifications as a Board Certified Coach in 2013 and as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) in 2011.
