Amanda Dendy has over a decade of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as Lodge Manager and Food Service Manager at Civeo North America since November 2020. Amanda's background includes positions as a Cook with the Royal Canadian Navy and as a Banquet Bartender at Four Points by Sheraton. Previous roles also include Office Administrator and Food Service Supervisor at Compass Group, Kitchen Manager at multiple venues including Waterpark Golf and Country Club and Welland Retirement Suites, and Kitchen Manager at Feastivities Events and Catering. Amanda holds a degree in Culinary Management and Hospitality from Niagara College, completed in 2010.
