Brittney Reynolds has a diverse work experience. Brittney began their career in 2008 at Melanie's Fitness Center, where they worked as a Receptionist and Sales Associate. In 2009, they joined East Lake Management & Development Corp., initially starting as an Administrative Assistant before progressing to Assistant Property Manager, Recertification Specialist, and ultimately, Property Manager. Brittney worked at East Lake Management for seven years, until 2016.

In 2017, Brittney took on two new roles. Brittney became the Owner of BroCode By BRichie, a weekly Podcast and Blog, where they continue to be involved today. Brittney also worked as a Retail Sales Associate at City Sports. Additionally, in 2018, they briefly worked as an Athlete at Nike.

Brittney Reynolds began their education at Illinois Media School in 2017, where they studied for one year. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. In 2021, Brittney returned to Illinois Media School to focus on their studies in Marketing.
