Bincy Lee Binu is an experienced professional in the fields of hygiene, quality, environmental health, and safety, currently serving as Manager at CITY SEASONS HOTELS since April 2013. Bincy has held various managerial roles focused on food safety and quality management systems, with prior experience as Food Safety Quality Manager & Microbiologist at Al Jarwani Hospitality Group and as a Research Microbiologist at JMP Medical. Bincy's career also includes leadership roles in research and development within plant immunology and microbiology at SBL, where extensive training was provided to over 1,000 individuals in related fields. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Microbiology from Bharathidasan University and ongoing certifications such as Lead Auditor for FSSC 22000 from IRCA.
