Shante Jones is an experienced professional in emergency and security dispatching with a comprehensive background in various security-related roles. Currently serving as a 911 Emergency Dispatcher for the City of Sumter, Shante is responsible for receiving and dispatching emergency calls while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Previous roles include Police Dispatcher at Benedict College, where Shante enhanced officer safety through effective communication, and Video Monitoring Operator at Kastle Systems, focusing on monitoring and client issue resolution.
