Hazel Doyle currently serves as an Agile Team Coach at Zaizi since November 2022. Prior to this role, Hazel was a Senior Technical Project Manager at 7thSense Design from May 2020 to November 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing agility and structure within the organization. Earlier experience includes serving as a Programme Manager at B&CE, overseeing the development of a cloud-based Occupational Health Management system, and as a Project Manager at Health Management Ltd, focusing on business transformation and programme governance. Hazel's career began at EDF Energy, where various project management roles spanned over a decade, including Digital Project Manager and Business Analyst. Hazel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Brighton, earned between 1995 and 1998.
