Daniel Rivera is an experienced technology manager currently serving as the Utilities Technology Manager for the City of Stockton, CA since May 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Senior Business Analyst at Conduent from August 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included researching and developing Point of Sale hardware for California State Parks, managing testing for customer-facing and internal applications, and providing training and support to end users. Daniel's earlier experience includes roles as a Computer Aided Dispatch Consultant at Xerox and MRINetwork, where Daniel focused on the configuration and implementation of CAD systems for the California Highway Patrol, as well as various positions at the City of Stockton, including SCADA/CMMS Specialist and Technology Support Specialist II. Daniel also held technology support roles at Henkel of America, Inc. and Marconi. Daniel studied at Long Beach City College from 1993 to 1996.
