William Joyce serves as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at InterWorks, where responsibilities include overseeing legal and risk management matters for an international IT consulting firm. Joyce also holds the position of Mayor of Stillwater, Oklahoma, since being elected to the City Council in 2016 and re-elected as Mayor in 2018 and 2022, providing leadership and policy oversight for the city. Previous experiences include roles as Assistant Director at Oklahoma State University's Riata Center for Entrepreneurship, General Counsel/Director of Operations at LAPM, and Associate Attorney at Lathrop & Gage LLP. Joyce earned a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English (Summa Cum Laude) from Oklahoma State University.
