Nancy Chumbley has extensive experience in financial analysis and management within the public sector, serving as a Senior Financial Analyst for the City of Saint Charles since April 2018 and previously as a Finance Supervisor since October 2006. Responsibilities include managing finance-related functions such as auditing, general ledger reconciliation, revenue collection, and billing. Chumbley has a proven track record in overseeing business licensing compliance, preparing council agenda items, and implementing customer service procedures. Prior to their current roles, Chumbley spent 27 years at Schnuck Markets, Inc., where a focus on customer service excellence was achieved through effective employee and management programs. Education was completed at Sanford-Brown College.
