Gregory Guerin, CFA, CMA has a diverse work experience in finance, with roles spanning from senior financial analyst to CFO.

Gregory began their career at BlackRock, Inc as an Associate, where they prepared monthly earnings reports and analyzed trade scenarios for portfolio managers. Gregory also implemented workflow enhancements that reduced errors.

Gregory then moved on to AMG Funds as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they focused on expense and budget reporting, as well as financial analyses on mutual fund profitability. Gregory successfully migrated the revenue model to SAP/BPC, improving forecast frequency.

At the Project Management Institute, Gregory served as a Senior Financial Analyst and played a key role in re-engineering the budget process and migrating revenue models to SAP/BPC. Gregory achieved budget cycle reduction and improved the FP&A forecast process.

Next, Gregory joined Orianna Capital, LLC as an Associate, leading the evaluation of potential target companies and managing confirmatory due diligence. Gregory also prepared materials for potential investments.

Currently, Gregory is working at ImageFIRST as the CFO of the Hospital Division. In this role, they have built out the FP&A organization to support the strategic goals of the organization. Gregory has collaborated with the executive team and private equity sponsor in the sale of the company and has enhanced the financial statement analysis through the design and delivery of a new board reporting package.

Throughout their career, Gregory has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and due diligence. Gregory has contributed to the success and growth of the organizations they have worked with.

Gregory Guerin, CFA, CMA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Fox School of Business at Temple University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Drexel University from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Gregory holds the certifications of Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from Certified Management Accountant: CMA® and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute. Gregory has also completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts course offered by Bloomberg LP.
