Joseph Dolan has extensive experience in emergency response and fire service, serving as Fire Chief for the City of Saratoga Springs and as Fire Captain for the Saratoga Springs Fire Department since September 1998. Joseph holds an Associate's degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from Hudson Valley Community College, where studies were completed between 2004 and 2007.
