Jin Woo KIM is a legal professional with extensive experience in international trade and customs law. Currently serving as an Associate at Cassidy Levy Kent LLP since November 2024, KIM previously held similar roles at Reed Smith LLP and Steptoe & Johnson LLP, specializing in international trade and customs, including the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). Earlier professional experiences include positions at Dentons, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy in South Korea, and the World Trade Organization, as well as various internships and traineeships within the European Commission and European Parliament.
