Nhat Phan is an experienced traffic and civil engineer currently serving as a Traffic Engineer for the City of San Rafael since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil Engineer and Associate Engineer with the City of Pittsburg from April 2019 to November 2022, and as the Founder of MentorBox Options, providing mentorship on stock trading from January 2019 to 2020. Nhat has also held positions such as Project Manager at ETIC from July 2015 to December 2018, Project Engineer at Haley & Aldrich from January 2012 to May 2015, and Superintendent at Kiewit from June 2007 to June 2011, focusing on environmental design, remediation projects, and contract administration. Nhat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, earned between 2002 and 2007.
