Arto Saranpää is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in project management and IT leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at KEHA-keskus since January 2014, Arto previously held roles as a Senior Specialist and Project Manager. A former Project Manager at Vimana Oy for a brief tenure in 2016, Arto also has a solid background as an IT Project Manager at ELY-keskus from 2002 to 2013 and as a Telecommunications Technician at Vaasan Sähkö Oy from 1998 to 2002. Arto holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Vaasa, a Teacher of Applied Sciences designation from Häme University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu VAMK University of Applied Sciences.
