Kevin Harber is an experienced professional in information technology with a focus on service delivery and systems analysis. Currently serving as both Business System Analyst and Information Technology Service Delivery Manager for the City of San Marcos since November 2014, Kevin Harber manages projects, addresses reliability issues, tracks service metrics, oversees budgets, and leads teams to ensure client satisfaction. Simultaneously, Kevin Harber has been a Systems Analyst for the City of Bryan since June 2006, responsible for the maintenance and administration of various systems including ERP, timekeeping, public safety, and document management. Previously, from May 2013 to November 2014, Kevin Harber worked as an End User Support Analyst at the City of Conroe, handling help desk coordination and application deployment. Kevin Harber is an alumnus of Texas A&M University, having completed studies between 2001 and 2006.
