Stephanie Smith is a highly experienced civil engineer with a robust background in municipal and transportation engineering. Currently serving as City Engineer for the City of Shoreview since April 2024, Stephanie previously held the position of Assistant City Engineer for the City of Roseville, MN, where responsibilities included managing project survey teams, approving plans, and engaging with the public for input on projects. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant City Engineer for the City of Rosemount and Project Engineer for the City of Chanhassen, focusing on development review, project management under MN Statute 429, and public utility design. Additionally, Stephanie gained foundational experience as a Transportation Engineer at SRF Consulting Group and as a Design Assistant at the DOT Support Center. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University, completed in 2010.
