Landon Kern, P.E. is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in public works and capital improvement projects. Currently serving as Assistant City Engineer for the City of Yucaipa since January 2018, Landon previously held the role of Associate Civil Engineer at the City of Chino Public Works Department from August 2013 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing consultant contracts, project management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Earlier experience includes roles at Skanska USA Civil Inc. as a Project Engineer and at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. as a Civil Engineering Intern. Landon holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
