Giselle Maria Martinez is a seasoned professional in health care administration with extensive experience in housing rehabilitation and health services. Currently serving as a Housing Rehabilitation Specialist II for the City of Rockford Illinois since April 2019, Giselle previously held the position of Lead Rehabilitation Specialist at the Winnebago County Health Department from September 2017 to April 2019. Additional experience includes an Office Manager role at Common Boundary Wellness Center from March 2004 to September 2017, an internship at Boone County Health Department in mid-2017, and a billing coordinator position at Fox Valley Women’s Health Partners from June 2001 to March 2004.
