Joe Schiessl is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as the Deputy City Manager and Director of Parks and Public Facilities for the City of Richland since September 2012. Prior to this role, Joe worked at the City of Richland, WA, from August 2000 to September 2012 as the Planning and Redevelopment Manager. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Regional Planning from Washington State University and a Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University.
