Brian Hennessey currently serves as a Clerical Officer at the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform since November 2022. Prior to this role, Brian worked at the Department of Agriculture, Food, & the Marine as COPI from October 2020 to November 2022, and held positions at the Christchurch Cathedral as a Professional Singer - Cantoris Bass Lay Vicar from October 2014 to December 2020, and at the Central Statistics Office as TCO for a brief period in mid-2020. Brian's experience in communications includes a position as a Communications Executive with the Irish Red Cross from February 2020 to May 2020 and earlier as Administrator of the Migration Department from June 2017 to December 2019. Additionally, Brian has extensive teaching experience as a Music Teacher at various secondary schools. Academically, Brian holds a High Diploma in Theology/Theological Studies from St Patrick's Pontifical University and degrees in Music and Education from Trinity College Dublin.
