Dionne Harris is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in urban and regional planning roles. Currently serving as a Senior Planner for the City of Rialto since March 2021, Dionne previously held positions as an Urban Regional Planner for the County of Riverside and a Development Service Technician for the City of San Bernardino. Additional experience includes work as a Junior Planner in the City of Atlanta, where Dionne recommended zoning regulation changes and demonstrated technical expertise with ArcGIS, and as an Assistant Planner for the City of Hampton, focusing on city street elevations and plan corrections. Earlier experience includes assisting a project manager at Tetra Tech Tesoro, Inc. with residential building documentation. Dionne Harris earned a Master of Architecture degree from Hampton University between 2004 and 2010.
