KL Shelton, PMP, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Defense Systems and Services, LLC, a veteran-owned small business specializing in intelligence, unmanned systems, aerospace modernization, and cyber security. With extensive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, and program management, current efforts focus on defense systems integration and operational planning. Previously, KL Shelton held key roles at Broadcast Music, Inc. as a BMI Songwriter, and at Camber and Management Technology, Inc. as Vice President, overseeing P&L and strategic planning. Prior positions include Sr. Program Manager at Lockheed Martin and engineering roles at Lockheed Sanders and the US Army Intelligence, emphasizing expertise in military operations and technical support. KL Shelton holds a degree from Daniel Webster College and graduated from Palestine High School in Illinois.
