Misty Briggs-Dickerson has a diverse professional background with experience in finance and human resources. Currently serving in the finance department for the City of Peoria, Illinois since January 2020, Misty previously held the position of Human Resources Director at the South Side Office of Concern from August 2018 to January 2020. Earlier in their career, Misty worked at Citi as a Branch Account Manager from June 1999 to March 2017. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from East Carolina University, an Associate of Art from Craven Community College, and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Carteret Community College.
