Kirsten D'Amato, PMP, is an experienced Information Technology Business System Analyst at the City of Palm Springs since June 2017, overseeing various projects and enhancing business processes for operational effectiveness. Prior roles include Information Technology Administrative Coordinator, where responsibilities included reviewing proposals for compliance and managing departmental budgets, and Information Technology Help Desk Technician, providing user support and troubleshooting technical issues. Prior to joining the City of Palm Springs, Kirsten D'Amato worked as a Help Desk Technician and Bookstore Associate at Harvest Christian Fellowship from June 2010 to June 2017.
