Perla Ixchel Estrella Hernandez is a seasoned IT Business Analyst currently serving as a Sr. IT Business Analyst at Readymind since September 2023, focusing on project management and commercial proposal development. Previously, Perla held the position of Scrum Master and Junior SAP Consultant at DICOISA, where contributions included system development for inventory management and data transformation. At Global Hitss, Perla worked as a Semi Senior Business Analyst, specializing in functional and non-functional requirements analysis and process improvements. Earlier experiences also include roles at América Móvil as a Project Management Intern and at Fuerza Aérea Mexicana as a QA Analyst, among others. Perla holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Ecatepec and is a graduate of Instituto Politécnico Nacional with a technical degree in Computer Networks.
