Camden Baucom currently serves as a Budget Analyst for the City of Monroe, NC, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Services Representative 1 at SECU from May 2022 to April 2023, and serving in roles at Monroe Country Club Inc. as a Golf Cart Attendant and Front Desk Attendant from June 2020 to April 2023. From April 2012 to May 2022, Camden operated equipment and provided labor for Baucom’s Lawn Maintenance. A Business Management student at Wingate University from August 2018 to December 2021, Camden also worked as a Laborer and Front Desk Attendant at Monroe Aquatics & Fitness Center from June 2019 to June 2020, and gained leadership experience as a Group Leader and Mentor at Bentons Crossroads Church Kids Summer Camp during the summer of 2018. Camden holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wingate University.
