Johnny Tse is an experienced Court Administrator currently serving the City of Maricopa since October 2022, following a similar role with the City of Buckeye from October 2015 to October 2022. In these positions, Johnny has provided administrative and supervisory management under the direction of the Presiding Judge, focusing on the efficient operation of Municipal Court functions. Prior roles include Limited Jurisdiction Program Administrator at Pinal County, Management Analyst at Maricopa County, Court Collections Administrator at Mohave County, and Fines Administrator at the City of Flagstaff. Johnny holds a Master of Public Administration in Government and Policy from Grand Canyon University and has participated in training with the Institute for Court Management.
