Olivia Hart-Paulson is a legal professional currently serving as the Second Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Lowell since April 2023. Prior to this role, Olivia worked as an Associate Attorney at Brooks from November 2022 to February 2023, and served as an Attorney at Circle Surrogacy & Egg Donation from November 2021 to October 2022. Olivia gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern for Congresswoman Lori Trahan in 2020 and as a Legal Assistant at Thompson Law Group, P.C. & Home Key Title & Closing, Inc. in 2019. Earlier experience includes an internship at Presidio from 2014 to January 2018 and a position as a Resident Assistant at Saint Michael's College, where Olivia completed a Bachelor of Arts in History with minors in Political Science and Economics from 2014 to 2018. Olivia's educational background also includes attending the Academy of Notre Dame from 2010 to 2014.
