Bill Clements has extensive experience in food service and management, currently serving as the Commissary Manager in the Department of Nutrition at the Smithsonian Institution since March 2011. Prior to this role, Bill worked at Costco Wholesale from April 2001 to March 2011 as the Marketing, Deli, and Food Service Manager. Bill's career at the Smithsonian Institution began in January 1998, when Bill held the position of Conservatory Gardner until April 2001.
