Ben Hogan is a Public Works Engineer for the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, starting in May 2021, and previously served as a Civil Design Intern. Prior to this role, Ben Hogan worked as a Code Enforcement Official for the Borough of Middletown from March 2020 to May 2021. Ben Hogan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State Harrisburg, achieved in December 2021, and is a graduate of Hempfield Senior High School, completing studies there in May 2016.
