Marcus Teigen has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently employed by the City of La Mesa, California since September 2022, Marcus previously worked for the County of San Diego and held several roles at Procore Technologies, including Customer Success Manager for the Mid-Market segment. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at AbacusNext as Team Lead and Account Manager, and multiple roles in sales and management at T-Mobile, where achievements included leading in customer satisfaction and retention metrics. Earlier experience also includes a role as a Barista at Starbucks. Marcus holds a High School Diploma from El Camino High School, awarded in 2013.
