Jason Hardy is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Guido Brothers Construction Company since February 2016, Jason is overseeing the construction of a Fire Station for Bexar County ESD 2. Prior to this role, Jason worked at Meritage Homes from July 2011 to February 2016, holding positions as Division Scheduling and Continuous Improvement Manager and Construction Manager. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology - Construction Technology, both obtained from Texas State University between 2006 and 2010.
