Deanne Roberge

Director, Human Resources & Organization Development at City of Kingston

Deanne Roberge has an extensive work experience in human resources. From 2009 to the present, they worked at the City of Kingston, starting as the Manager of Labour Relations & Health & Safety before being promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources & Organization Development in January 2017. Prior to that, they worked at INVISTA Canada from 2000 to 2009, serving as a Human Resources Advisor and later as a Human Resources Manager.

Deanne Roberge has pursued their education in the field of Business Administration, acquiring a diploma in Human Resources from Niagara College.
