Jared Adams is an IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and operations. Currently serving as an IT Technician II at the City of Idaho Falls since June 2023, Jared previously worked at Lee Enterprises from September 2021 to June 2023 as a Desktop Central Administrator and IT Support Technician. Prior to this, Jared held various positions at Nationwide Insurance from January 1998 to October 2020, including IT Operations Specialist and Senior Analyst in IT Operations. Jared's career began at Kmart, where responsibilities included serving as a Customer Service Manager from 1995 to 1998.
