Enrico Villegas currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Hutchinson, Kansas, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Enrico was the Assistant City Manager and Public Works Director for the City of Warrensburg, Missouri, from May 2022 to April 2024. Enrico's earlier experience includes three positions at the City of Lawrence, Kansas, where responsibilities ranged from Project Manager for Construction to Project Inspector. Enrico also worked as an Engineering/Right of Way Technician in Shawnee, Kansas, and as a Project Inspector in Olathe, Kansas. Enrico's career began as an English Teacher for the Kofu Board of Education in Japan. Educationally, Enrico holds a Master's of Public Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Iowa State University.
