Jessica Snow possesses extensive experience in IT and office management, currently serving as a Senior System Analyst for the City of Hickory since June 2014, following various roles including Systems Analyst and IT Technician. Prior to this, Jessica worked at The Techsperts, LLC, from September 2009 to May 2014, handling tasks such as customer communications, inventory management, and technical support. Additionally, Jessica was an Office Manager at Meisner Appraisal & Consulting from July 2001 to September 2009, where responsibilities included managing communications with clients and stakeholders, scheduling inspections, and overseeing accounts receivable. Jessica holds a degree in Computer Specialist/Programming from King's College and is a Registered Trainee from the American School of Real Estate Appraisal.
