Susan House, Ph.D., currently serves as a Grant Administrator and Internal Auditor for the City of Green Bay since June 2021, where responsibilities include providing administrative support on grant requirements and reporting on grants at local and federal levels. As an Ad Hoc Professor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh since January 2015, Susan teaches online courses in Human Services and Leadership with a focus on Program Evaluation, Grant Writing, and social issues. Previous roles include Operations Analyst and Interim Division Director at Oneida Nation, where leadership and strategic development were key contributions, as well as Area Manager overseeing Parks and Recreation programs. Additionally, Susan has experience as an Adjunct Professor, Gymnastics and Yoga Instructor, and Respiratory Therapist. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Leadership from Capella University and a recent certification in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging and Leadership from Harvard Extension School.
