Josh Norgaard has extensive experience in law enforcement and emergency medical services. Since September 2015, Josh has held multiple positions with the City of Fridley, including Police Detective, Digital Forensics Investigator, Police Officer - Patrol, and Reserve Officer. Additionally, Josh has been involved with Emergency Medical Solutions since August 2007 as a Paramedic and Emergency Medical Technician. Previously, Josh served in similar roles at Allina Hospitals & Clinics until June 2017 and was an EMS Instructor at Opportunities in Emergency Care from August 2005 to May 2017. Josh earned an Associate of Science in Law Enforcement from North Hennepin Community College and a Paramedic Certificate from Ridgewater College, alongside earlier education at the University of North Dakota and Fridley Senior High School.
