Crystal Martin has over 15 years of experience in human services and homeless care, currently serving as a Human Services Specialist II and Winter Relief Coordinator at the City of Fremont since November 2019. In this role, Crystal focuses on homeless services and program management. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Manager at MAC's Children and Family Services Inc. from September 2008 to January 2017, where supervision of two transitional housing facilities for youth was a key responsibility. Additionally, Crystal held the position of Residential Youth Counselor and Facility Manager at EE's Residential Group Home from January 2002 to June 2004. Crystal holds a high school diploma from the San Joaquin office of Education, completed between 1997 and 1999.
