Victor Soto is an experienced GIS Analyst with a career spanning over a decade. Currently employed by the City of Elk Grove since October 2019, Victor has previously held similar positions at the County of San Joaquin, Tetra Tech, and General Dynamics Information Technology. Early career experiences include a GIS Research Internship at the University of California and a GIS Internship at Santa Barbara County. Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography with an emphasis in Geographic Information Science from UC Santa Barbara, earned between 2006 and 2010.
