Alyssa Gilhooly currently serves as the Stormwater Program Administrator at the City of Duluth since September 2021, after previously holding the position of Stormwater Coordinator. Prior experience includes working at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from October 2016 to September 2021 as an Everglades Water Quality Technical Specialist, where Alyssa evaluated water quality data and collaborated with various stakeholders on Everglades restoration projects. Alyssa's retail management experience includes roles such as Store Manager at ANN INC. and Assistant Store Leader at kate spade new york, focusing on operational efficiency and team leadership. Alyssa holds a Master of Science in Marine Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science, both from the University of Maine.
