Rejess Marshall, MBA, is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Iron Galaxy Studios, where responsibilities include developing and leading DEI strategies and programs in alignment with organizational goals. As the Founder and CEO of Karaoke Noir, Rejess manages a personal project that reflects entrepreneurial spirit. Previous experience includes roles as a Claims Specialist and Claims Resolution Specialist II at Progressive Insurance and Liberty Mutual Insurance, where evaluations and negotiations of settlements were key duties. With a solid foundation in business education, Rejess holds a Doctor of Law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, an MBA with a focus on Human Resources and Organizational Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Georgia State University.
