Nicole Lytle is an experienced housing and financial specialist currently engaged with the City of Dubuque, Iowa, since October 2021, where responsibilities include program management. Prior to this role, Lytle worked at Platinum Supplemental Insurance, Inc. as a Personnel Manager Team Lead, providing team support and keeping current with state licensing procedures. As Community Relations Manager at Enlivant, Lytle collaborated closely with the Executive Director on building and staff management, overseeing operations in the Director's absence. Lytle also led marketing and sales initiatives at Green Hills Retirement Community, driving multi-million dollar expansions and overseeing independent living unit sales. Earlier experience includes property management for Laverne Apartments at Paramark Corp, focusing on occupancy maintenance and staff management.
