Jim Bryer has extensive work experience in finance and consulting. Jim started their career at Ernst & Young as a Consultant from 1992 to 1994. Jim then worked as a Financial Analyst at Jayhawk Acceptance from 1994 to 1995. From 1995 to 1998, they served as the VP Finance of the NAF Subsidiary at FirstCity Financial. Jim then became a Director at Associates First Capital from 1998 to 1999. From 1999 to 2004, they served as the CFO at Wood Group HIT LP. Jim worked as a Consultant at C. Pitman Baker, Associates from 2006 to 2007. Jim then became the Chief Financial Officer at CBI Laboratories, Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Gibraltar U.S. since 2009.

Jim Bryer attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Finance. Jim later pursued higher education at Texas McCombs School of Business and The University of Texas School of Law from 1989 to 1992, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Juris Doctor (JD) degree, respectively.
