Jesse Hudson is an experienced planning professional currently serving as Assistant Planner for the City of Chico since October 2019. Previously, Jesse held the position of Environmental Coordinator at Caltrans from December 2017 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing environmental clearance processes and coordinating with engineering staff and state agencies. Jesse’s earlier experience as Assistant Planner for Butte County involved collaboration on award-winning projects focused on sustainable agricultural practices and GHG emissions reduction. Jesse holds a Master of Science in Transportation Management from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Planning and Psychology from California State University, Chico.
